Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, unless there’s a defect or error on our end.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, just email us within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll send out your replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
